Purchasing methods

The customer may only purchase the products in the electronic catalogue of Erreenne Srl at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.erreenne.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. 

The order can be placed online or by e-mail.
It is understood that the image accompanying the product description sheet may not be perfectly representative.  Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Erreenne Srl by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Erreenne Srl and to be quoted in the reason for payment if payment is made by bank transfer.
The message will show all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to check that they are correct and to promptly communicate any corrections, using the link in the 'Your Orders' section.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Erreenne Srl guarantees prompt notification to the Customer.

Delivery

Always accept the package from the courier goods unchecked.

Italy delivery: Free Port with charge of € 22.50.
Foreign Countries delivery: Prices are ex-works, shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to the weight and volume of the goods and the country of destination.
Delivery time: 10/12 working days from receipt of order.
VAT: 22% (not included in prices)
Express deliveries: to be agreed by telephone before placing the order online.

Packaging: standard free of charge.

Contract

The object of these General Terms and Conditions is the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via telematic network, from Erreenne Srl Via Grecia, 16 35127 Padova Italy, P. IVA. 04093900282. Every purchase transaction shall be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, shall be subject to the regulations of Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the general sales conditions
The contract stipulated between Erreenne Srl and the Customer shall be considered concluded with the acceptance, by Erreenne Srl, of the order. Such acceptance shall be deemed tacit. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and that he accepts in full the general conditions and payment terms set out below.
Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Complaints

Return of goods/Complaints: Do not remove the protective film from the article in case you want to return it.

Returns must be requested and authorised by us by e-mail. If the indicated conditions are not respected, the returned goods will not be accepted.

Place of jurisdiction: for any dispute, the Court of Padua shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any possible claim must be addressed to Erreenne Srl by phone at 0039 049 8702522, or by e-mail erreennne@erreenne.com, or by post by writing to Erreenne Srl Via Grecia, 16 Padova Italy . The sales contract between the Customer and Erreenne Srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Padua.
